Yes, we are both insured and bonded for your peace of mind. 

Cleaning supplies such as multi-surface cleaners, toilet bowl cleaners, window cleaners, etc. are included in the quote. We also provide an optional VIP service, which includes supplying your facility with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and breakroom supplies for an additional monthly supply fee plus the cost of goods.

Our janitorial teams handle administrative offices, breakrooms, restrooms, lobbies, and other shared spaces. We do not clean machinery or provide heavy industrial maintenance, but we can service hard-surface flooring such as walkways and epoxy floors within facilities. Our focus is on keeping workspaces clean, safe, and presentable for employees and visitors.

We clean all types of facilities, including offices, churches, corporate housing, financial institutions, multi-tenant facilities, medical offices, auto dealerships and man camps and administrative spaces. We can handle virtually any facility, but our cleaners are particularly adept at providing cleaning services for oil and gas, transportation and construction operations. We are experienced with facilities that require strict schedules and reliable staffing in demanding industries.

Most recurring service contracts can begin within one to two weeks, depending on the size of your facility and staffing requirements. One-time cleanings, such as post-construction, move-in/move-out, or post-event service, can often be scheduled within just a few days.

Yes. We understand that industries like oil and gas or transportation can scale up or down depending on market conditions. Cleaning frequencies and contract terms can be adjusted to match your current business needs, whether that means increasing service during peak activity or reducing visits during slow periods.

We respond quickly to last-minute needs such as spills, accidents or urgent disinfecting. Clients can call our office directly for priority scheduling, and our team will arrange service outside regular hours if necessary. Flexibility and responsiveness are built into our process so you can count on support when unexpected issues arise.

Yes. Our crews bring professional-grade equipment and cleaning products for every job. If your facility requires specialized supplies or prefers specific products, we can incorporate those into your service plan.

Yes. While our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., we also provide after-hours and weekend cleaning to accommodate business schedules. Our team is available 24/7 for after-hours cleaning to provide minimal disruption to your operations.

We provide flexible service arrangements to meet client needs. Some customers prefer month-to-month service with no long-term commitment, while others choose multi-month or annual contracts for consistent pricing and guaranteed scheduling. One-time cleanings, such as move-in/move-out, post-construction or post-event services, are also available without a contract.

Each agreement is tailored to your specific requirements. 

WTCC uses a report card system so clients can leave feedback, make requests or note special instructions after cleanings. Supervisors perform regular walkthroughs to ensure standards are met, and our team responds promptly to client concerns. Quality control is built into our process, so you can rely on consistent results.

We guarantee confidentiality and respect client privacy. All employees are carefully screened, background checked and trained to follow detailed client instructions. We prioritize hiring experienced professionals who are dependable, trustworthy, and committed to high standards. 

We also follow client-specific requests, such as restricted access to certain rooms or areas, which are documented in the service agreement.

The onboarding process for contracts is simple:

1. Call 432-552-9520 or submit a request online to schedule a consultation.
2. We’ll perform an on-site walkthrough of your facility to understand your needs.
3. You’ll receive a written proposal outlining the scope of services, pricing and schedule.
4. Once approved, we’ll arrange your first service and set up recurring cleaning at the frequency you prefer.

We accept cash, check, credit card, and bank transfers. For approved clients, we also offer Net 30 accounts after a credit check. This flexibility makes it easy to integrate our services into your business’s billing cycle.
